Where ManageYourGym is ahead of us today
- They publish their prices. If you want to compare on cost without talking to anyone, they have made that easy and we have not.
- A member-facing app ships on every one of their plans. Ours is still being built, so if your members booking from their phones is the whole reason you are shopping, they can do that today and we cannot.
- QR check-in works on their entry plan. Ours is logged at the desk for now.
- Branch counts are spelled out on the page. With us, more than one gym is a conversation.
What is actually different
Neither of us is the safe old incumbent
ManageYourGym is run by a company incorporated this year — their own footer gives the CIN — and Oxyye is early too. So do not pick either of us on how long we have been here; pick on whether the software does the job your gym actually needs, and on whether someone answers when you write. That is a fair fight and we are happy to have it.
No member-count wall at the bottom
Their entry plan stops at 150 members, so a gym that grows past it changes plan. We do not publish a ladder at all — the ceiling is set with your quote, which means it is set around your gym rather than around a tier someone else drew.
The price you agreed is the price every screen reads
A member on a discount is billed, chased and forecast at the price you actually gave them. Software that quietly reverts to list price is how long-standing members get the wrong invoice — and it is the kind of bug you only find from an angry phone call.
Enquiries are a pipeline, not an inbox
A walk-in, an Instagram DM and a 10 pm WhatsApp all land in one list with the reply and the visit booked from there, and a follow-up until it is a yes or a no.
